The unique insight and similar mentality of Persian poets and painters led to relatively similar views about aesthetics of human body in the Persian literature and painting. So that the human body is always presented in a symbolic manner in the Persian culture and art. On the other hand, the figures in Jonayd’s work has particular importance and the type of this configuration is regarded as a model and benchmark in Persian painting at least until the tenth century AH / sixteen AD.. Accordingly, the subject of this study is, the impact of Khwaju Kermani’s poetry on Jonayd configuration, and the aim is to understand how the literature affects the configuration based on the works of Jonayd. The questions of this research are: 1. How Khwaju described figures in his work? 2. How much Jonayd configuration is affected by Khwaju literary descriptions? This study was carried out through a descriptive – analytical method, and the data collection was also done through library research. This study shows that in describing the figures, Khwaju has considered the aesthetic principles of the figurativeness in Persian literature, which is associated with Chinese faces. Also in Khwaju’s poetries the peculiarities expressed do not refer to the specific gender, and always focus on the type instead of characterization. Jonayd’s figures have been done according to aesthetic culture of painting in Jalayerid era. This aesthetic culture has evolved the Chinese figures in the paintings of the Mongol era, and on the other hand, it is consistent and continues to describe the ideal human in Persian literature and Khwaju’s poetries. Also, the states and movements of figures are narrated by the story, and often designed in the same way. Beauty in Jonayd’s figures is limited and defined, and they have no individuality and gender
